On behalf of the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation, UC Davis Health and Project ADAM Sacramento, thank you for registering as a volunteer for our Free Youth Heart Screening at Folsom High School on Sunday, April 14th. We can only provide this valuable service for free to the community due to the efforts of our great volunteers. Please complete your contact information below with a current email address so that we can keep you updated as the event gets closer and create separate registrations for each volunteer. You will be able to read descriptions for the different shifts available and make your selection on the next page.
