San Jose State Community Heart Screening Registration

On behalf of the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation, in collaboration with San Jose University, we thank you for registering for our Youth Heart Screening at San Jose State University (Yosh Uchida Hall ) on Sunday, Septemeber 21, 2025.  

Why are these screenings important?

85% of the issues that can cause Sudden Cardiac Arrest in youth can not be heard on a stethoscope, they have to be seen on an ECG.

1 in 300 youth has an undetected heart condition

23,000 youth in our country are affected by SCA every year

The leading cause of death on school campuses

#1 cause of death of Student Athletes

The screening is completely free and open to anyone aged 12-25.  We will be open from 10am to 3pm.  Click the button above to register your child.
